                                  2)Low your life to 25%(hit a guard put off your armor and w8)
                                  3)Create a bot of pp class,go 80 lvl make the 3rd class and invite it on pt
                                  4)Use on your main char berserker spirit and g.shield and you will see your p def was increased 400-800 and your m def by 200[/hide]
